The terms and conditions covering our repairs, sales and services.

Repairs

Every repair is backed by a warranty covering both the parts fitted and our workmanship. Genuine parts are covered for 12 months, while non-genuine parts come with a 90-day warranty. Please note that the warranty does not extend to accidental damage, liquid ingress or any third-party tampering after collection.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the fault described. If on inspection additional work is needed, we'll contact you for approval before going ahead.

Uncollected items

Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may be disposed of in line with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 after written notice.

Sales

New and refurbished devices sold by us are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Liability

We strongly recommend backing up data before any repair. We cannot be held liable for data loss caused by hardware failure or workmanship during the repair process.
