The Telephone Box is Caister's own independent phone repair shop. You'll find us at 43A High Street, Caister-on-Sea, right in the middle of the village.

Because we're based in Caister, most local customers simply pop in while they're on the High Street. We'll take a look, give you a free diagnosis and tell you honestly what it will cost before any work starts.
Many repairs are done the same day, so you can drop your phone off, get on with your errands and collect it later. If you'd rather check first, send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll usually reply within the hour.
